  1. We had used him and he was tweeked in the court room.  He told us to accept a plea agreement and to serve 10 days only.  It turned out to be 2 months.

I would like to know if this guy is really married. I have my reasons for this.

The only thing this man did was to make it easy for the county to win every charge against you.  Never followed up on anything that you knew you were innocent against.  And he knew if you were in jail, you were desparate to get out.  Then when your stuck, he was no where to be found.

I liked that one thing he said about if he was in court with you, he was with you all the way.  No way...he was just trying to settle the procecutors cases not stand up for you.

Let me say that he is not now nor recently a public defender but a private practice defense attorney.

------------i had good hard edvidence to use against my abusier ex husband but was told that the ex family would lie so let my son go so i could keep my daughter. less jason was up front with me an i thank him. the family i was divorcing kidnapped my kids and my ex mother inlaw slapped my ex sister inlaw and the sister inlaw called the cop's to have me arrested. the cop said the kids said i slapped their mom but he didn't see any mark's. well, my ex sister inlaw admitted to me that our ex mother inlaw set me up. i hate them all. they took my son an i hope they all burn in hell. i'm a good mom - my son asked me one day, moma if u go to jail will i get to live with my daddy. that right there did me in.
  2. Yeah, WindyCity, it was almost a good show. He was hiped up. I feel so bad for the people he was to represent in the court room. Either guilty or not, they deserved fair representation.

-----------to be honest, i'm to ashamed to say he hurt me. i lost my son.

  3. Yeah, right. I've heard several things since I moved here 1-1/2 yrs ago. Even from an officier of the law. I only lived in my home a couple of months and one of my neighbors sons friend OD'd. On what, I don't know, but it appears to me in my own opinion.......there is a drug problem in this county.

------------------that friend your talking about could have been my cousin. he was found in a motel room in dallas a few year's back. still had the band around his arm.oded.

  4. I have read a couple of comments on this site

and I have seen a couple of things out in public

that have lead me to wonder about racism in PC...

What do you guys think ?

    Have you encountered racism ?

How is Paulding county doing when it comes to accepting those who may

be of a different race or culture ???

    What about the schools ?

I would like this to be an open honest debate about race relations in

    this county...

----------WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL IN 1986 AND BACK, U WEREN'T ALOUD TO HANG WITH THE BLACK'S IF U WERE WHITE. WHEN I LEFT HOME IN 85, MY GUY FRIENDS AT WORK TOOK ME TO COBB COUNTY TO GO SHOPPING BECAUSE I NEEDED THING'S. THERE WAS 3 WHITES AND ONE BLACK GUY. COMING FROM A DADDY WHO WAS AGAINST BLACK'S REALLY SCARED ME. THE GUY'S WERE REALLY NICE TO ME BECAUSE I WAS GOING THROUGH ALOT AT THAT TIME. NOT ONE TIME DID THEY TRY TO RAPE ME OR EVEN TOUCH ME IN ANY SEXUAL WAY. I REMEMBER EVERY TIME WE STOPPED THE GUY'S WOULD SWOP OUT THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT AND YES I HAD TO SIT IN THAT PERSON'S LAP. WELL, THE FINAL RIDE HOME WAS WHEN WE STOPPED AT BURGER KING ON SOUTH COBB DR. WELL, MY BLACK FRIEND WAS UP FOR GETTING THE FRONT SEAT FOR THE RIDE BACK TO PAULDING COUNTY. I WAS SO NERVES AND SCARED OF COMING BACK INTO PAULDING COUNTY SITTING IN A BLACK GUYS LAP AND BEING WHITE. WELL, COME TO REALIZE LATER THAT THIS BLACK MAN BECAME A PRAYER WORRIOR FOR ME BUT AS OF 1993 I LOST CONTACT WITH HIM AND I NEED PRAYER BUT CAN'T LOCATE HIM. HIS NAME WAS JIMMY WATT'S IF ANYONE KNOW'S OF HIM.- I THANK THE EACH OF THEM GUY'S FOR BEING THERE FOR ME. ALSO ONE OF THE WHITE GUY'S WAS GREGG ABBOT AND THE OTHER WAS JOHNNY MARTIN,AND DARRIN SMITH. GUY'S THANK U FOR HELPING ME OUT WHEN I NEEDED A FRIEND. LOVE U ALL.

  5. Someone sent this to me, and I'm passing it along...

The other day, someone at a store in a small town read that a methamphetamine lab had been found in an old farmhouse in the adjoining county and he asked me a rhetorical question, "Why didn't we have a drug problem when you and I were growing up?"

I told him that I did have a drug problem when I wuz a kid growing up on the farm when I was young:

I was drug to church on Sunday morning .  I was drug to church for weddings and funerals .  I was drug to family reunions and community socials no matter the weather.

I was drug by my ears when I was disrespectful to adults .  I was also drug to the woodshed when I disobeyed my parents, told a lie, brought home a bad report card, did not speak with respect, spoke ill of the teacher or the preacher, or if I didn't put forth my best effort in everything that was asked of me.

I was drug to the kitchen sink if I uttered a profane four-letter word .  ( I do know what Lye soap tastes like.) I was drug out to pull weeds in mom's garden and flowerbeds and cockleburs out of dad's fields.

I was drug to the homes of family, friends, and neighbors to help out some poor soul who had no one, to mow the yard, repair the clothesline or chop some fire wood, and if my mother had ever known that I took a single dime as a tip for this kindness, she would have drug me back to the woodshed.

Those drugs are still in my veins; and they affect my behavior in everything I do, say, and think .  They are stronger than cocaine, crack or heroin, and if today's children had this kind of drug problem, America might be a better place today.

(Can I getta Amen to that?)

-----------AMEN, MY SON WENT TO LIVE WITH HIS DADDY IN 2003 BECAUSE HE SAID I WAS TO STRICTED. I WAS RAISED BY A VERY STRICTED DAD.
