Well I would think so, but since there have been 2 occasions this year already it makes me wonder??? School has been in session for just over two months right?

I totally agree about bullying being a problem at schools. I DO know that this is something that the schools are working on, at least in elementary school. Maybe they could add how bringing a gun to school will not resolve the issue's of bullying, but just endanger the lives hundreds of kids in the school? In light of recent events, I am writing a college essay about guns being brought to school and how school involvement could help create awareness of the dangers of guns and stress the consequences of taking a gun on campus. I would like to get opinions from other parents and possibly school staff whose children attend Paulding County Schools. As a parent, I know how important it is to talk to my children about how dangerous guns are. If guns are kept in my home I know it is my responsibility to make sure that they are properly secured. But how do I know other parents take the same steps
