Utter speculation
Information from First Responders is that Mr. Crist was actually inside his office with his head out a window yelling at someone when the accident occured. It was a gruesome description and I pray this information is incorrect. Seems the accident with the bobcat could be more accurate.
May he RIP and his family be comforted knowing so many people in this community thought a lot of him regardless if they had met him once or known him all his life. He was a good man and was the same whenever you came across him. I can not imagine the pain his family, friends and employees are suffering. Such a loss at such a young age.

WHY is what I stated "speculation" when it was FACT coming from a First Responder who was initially on the scene. The statements in #17 and #23 is not any less speculation. They don't even state their source.

I haven't seen many cars there when passing by. Glad to hear they are doing good. A lot of the newer (and older for that matter) businesses in the County aren't faring so well.

For anyone interested. Google is your friend.
Last score was a 93. A good score in my book.

Thank You. I would think Audrey would be eager to spread this update.

Audry's is one of my favorite places to eat. What is your beef with them. I am sure it is not just the health score.
WRONG!!!
I do NOT have a "beef" with Audrey's and thoroughly enjoy their food. Home cooking at it's best. But, I do NOT eat ANYWHERE with a Health Score less than 95 and MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT EAT WHERE THERE IS A FAILING SCORE. I don't really care the WHY. So, my question was a legitimate one that Audrey's didn't seem eager to answer and let me (and everyone else) know the score was improved,
I love their food! Fresh.! and cooked like mom's.
I don't care what it is served on. the money goes to fresh vegetables
and hard working people that know how to cook and truly serve!!
Some folks love to eat at the corporate food trough, that's fine, but don't be tryin
to kill the individual business owner going above and beyond.
Maybe some folks just don't like food without the plastic aftertaste from being
reheated in the microwave from the production plant.
I can't believe you are trashing these people.
Sounds like a personal problem to me.
NO it's not personal but sure would become so if I ended up in the ER with food poisoning, LPPT. TRASHING? Absolutely Not. Asking ONE question that I had a right to ask about THEIR Failed Health Inspection. Period. Don't sugar coat it.
-
As always sounds WONDERFUL.
What was your last health inspection score? I haven't seen anything posted on p.com since your failing grade. I am sure it has come up and am sure I am not the only one wondering what that recheck was.

House in Paulding available for rent - 3 bed 2 bath. Baggett/Dobbins/Hiram. $950/month - Message me for more info
Can you let me know the style? Ranch, split or raised ranch, sq ft? Also does it have a fence? TIA

Do you have a really good salad?
I have had their side salad and it has always been good 'n cold but that is the extent of good. It ONLY has lettuce, a slice onion, a couple tomato chunks and maybe a couple slices of cucumber. IF You want cheese you have to pay extra. WTH? Most sit down restaurants in PC have a good (with more on it) side salad. Rodney's ranch dressing is very good. But, their salads could be made so much better with investing just a few more pennies. Maybe their larger salads are better.

Anyone who went to Physicians Immediate Med in Hiram or Acworth may have noticed that Dr. Catherine Meredith has left the practice. PIM will not tell patients where she has went because of fear of patients following her. She is an AWESOME doctor!!! She will be working for Wellstar urgent care at Cooper Lake (Smyrna) mostly and the one at East Cobb (only occasionally).
That is typical practice of any medical facility when a good doctor leaves. Or at least that has been my experience. I have never used the place.

We did send them an email after we paid for our food and let. We did not say anything at the time because we did not want to make it seem like we were trying to get a free meal.
The response back from them was (196 out of 200 isn't bad).
I am lost. What is this?

We ate at the New Year's day dinner and I hate to say it but the food was NOT good. The pork was dry, never saw any black eyed peas, the potato's were not cooked completely and the mac & cheese was dried out.
I have eaten at Rodney's several times before and we have had them cater lunchs for our company on several occasions and the food is always GREAT. But after January 1, 2013 we will not be eating or having them cater any more.
You are in the minority here. Several of our family members went to Rodney's on Tuesday and the feast was just that . A FEAST. Very tasty and plenty of it. We all ate until we were about to pop. Rodney and Tammy outdid themselves this time and I am hoping this will become an annual event. It will definitely be one we look forward to.
My suggestion to amandad is to take up your complaint with Rodney or Tammy and not on a public board.

I don't care what he did with HIS money........I care about what he will do with MY money.
And, at least he was born in the USA.
And..........I am sure that he will show his birth certificate and his college papers.
Should I keep going??
I agree 115%, I am also concerned about MY money and couldn't really care less about how much Romney has or how much he paid in taxes. However I am tired of the riderick about Obama not being born in America. I am in NO shape or form an Obama fan - have never voted for him and never will!! But, there is PLENTY Obama haters NEED to stay focused on and point out what has NOT been accomplished the last 3.5 years rather than continue to beat that dead horse OVER & OVER! He has provided a birth certificate of his USA birth. Now MOVE ON!

I misread you title and thought you miss "craft shows". As in craft shows like Paulding Meadows. MANY have gone away such as the one on Bus. 6 (I think it had "hunt" in the name??) that was in a beautiful location BEFORE they destroyed it by putting in yet another subdivision to go into foreclosure.

Rodney is planning a special Friday night Steak Meal. Grab your friends and family and head to Rodney's to enjoy a great FOUR course meal! First, we start with a bowl of Rodney's delicious homemade French Onion Soup, followed by a fresh garden salad with your choice of dressing, then an entrée' of Hand Cut Filet Mignon Medallions grilled to your specification, served with Rodney's homemade Twice Baked Potato and Texas Toast $16.
Don't forget our BIG BREAKFAST weekend this Saturday and Sunday from 8am until noon both days. Join Rodney for his delicious Sausage and Egg Casserole.
SATURDAY…………FRIED WHAT???
The Friday night special sounds really good at a great price. What else is available for the BIG BREAKFAST week-end? Or I guess I should say what would I come to eat that does not involve eggs?
BTW, the pecan pie Wayne baked last Friday night was AWESOME. The closest to what my Maw-Maw used to make that I've eaten since she died in 1981!

And here I thought you were going to say you were making fried pepperoni spaghetti!!!
That's OK--I can fix it as good as it used to be from the Italian Kitchen on Roswell Street!! Now if I could just figure out how they made their Chicken Pasta Supreme!!
PLEASE share your recipe for the Fried Pepperoni Spaghetti AND the Chicken Pasta Supreme when you figure it out. Ohhhhhhh how I MISS the Italian Kitchen!!! Especially their stomboli hoagies, not the Italian kind but made with ground beef pattie, brown gravy and onions like what they made at Pasquale's about 40 years ago. YUMMMMMMM.
