Family Intervention Specialists, Inc. is a Georgia 501 © 3 non-profit corporation. The agency is a Community based CORE Provider of Mental Health and Substance Abuse services specializing in childhood trauma and behavioral problems with children, adolescents and adults. Services include Play Therapy, Individual, Family and Group Therapy, nursing assessments, psychiatric care, gender specific groups for survivors of abuse, parenting groups and other therapeutic and psycho-educational groups. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance, as well as a sliding scale based on income.
