Ray Kelley, age 77, of Dallas, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2013. He was born on March 23, 1935, in Camden, NJ, to the late George and Rachel Kelley. Mr. Kelley was a welding teacher at Osborn High School and Booker T. Washington High School. He welded on the US Kitty Hawk and also C5A Aircraft. Mr. Kelley loved to camp and hike.
