Topper Duffy, age 24, of Dallas, GA, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013. The son of Thomas & Amy Duffy, III, he was born, September 7, 1988 in Chattanooga, TN. He was a musician that played all over Georgia with the Shockwaves and his most recent band Lucid. Topper was a songwriter, a leader and an entertainer who could play just about any instrument. Gordon E. Hamby, age 90, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Paulding Wellstar Nursing Home. He was born July 9, 1922 in Murphy, NC and lived in Rome, Austell and Hiram, GA. Mr. Hamby was a Veteran of WW II and was honored in a military funeral on May 24, 2013. He was married to Louise L.
