Army, worked for General Motors as a paint inspector and was a member of Yorkville Baptist Church.   3. Charles Allen Lochamy, age 69, of Dallas, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013. He was born in Birmingham, AL, September 20, 1944, to Dorothy Barnes Lochamy and the late, Walter Lochamy.
