WHITEY, got this reply from Bob. Hope it answers your question. The voters clearly spoke against the expansion during the recent primary season. My tendency is to go with the voters who will be most impacted by those kinds of decisions therefore I oppose it but I'll have no influence on that decision in the legislature. Bob

Not sure but I will find out. He knows I am very much against it. That's one of the reasons I helped Vernon and Tony in the primary.

There will be exceptions as Tundra mentioned for people on fixed incomes, pensions etc. Depending on your income level you should come out about the same. As for the class warfare I was referring to Pubby's attacking those that have worked hard and made something of themselves and condemning people that disagrees with him to Hades. When you can’t win on the facts you condemn.

There goes the typical democratic class warfare. It worked for Lenin, and Mao, and now it’s working for Obama. The progressive income tax is by its very nature unfair.

I am a member of "We The People of Paulding County". We have not met for some time as most of the members have been peacefully working to get good candidates elected to office. I understand that the leaders are in the process of lining up speakers for future meetings as one of our primary missions is to educate people about the United States Constitution. We are affiliated nationally with The Tea Party Patriots. You are welcome to join us on Face Book at "We The People of Paulding County", but keep in mind we are a Peaceful Group that works within the system.

How about a civil discussion on the 19th district race
jim64 replied to lotstodo's topic in Paulding County NEWS
I suggest you check with the Georgia Tea Party and see for yourself. Daniel Stout told me his views on the Tea Party principles before the special election and he delivered. That is why I am doing everything possible to get him reelected. The Federal Government has already gone after Arizona, and several other states. It is just a matter of time before they come after Georgia, and we need people in the State Capital like Daniel Stout, that will fight for us. -
How about a civil discussion on the 19th district race

My name is James Ormond, and I live in South Paulding, 19th District. I am a Tea Party Activist. You gave a blanket condemnation of Rep. Stout's voting record without being very specific. If you would study it closer, you will note that every bill that involves raising or creating new taxes, Rep. Stout did not support. See: HB 1055, HB 1069, HB 1221, HB 1393, and SB 153. Any bill that would streamline State government, and make it more efficient, cost effective and/or transparent, Rep. Stout supported. See: SB 1 (Zero Based Budget Bill), SB 148, HB 1431, HB 117, and HB 236. All the bills Rep. Stout supported would save taxpayers money. This is money that will go back into the Georgia eco

Attached is 19th District's Representative Daniel Stout's Voting record and the reasons he voted as he did. For a so called inexperienced person his record looks pretty good to me and I will do what I can to send him back to the Capitol to represent the 19th district. stout-voting-record-2010.pdf
