Kim has 11 years of full cycle recruiting within big Staffing Agencies, Medical Firms and National Corporate settings. Specific areas of interest to her are any positions relating to engineering or integrated supply chain roles. Her main areas of expertise are not only full cycle recruiting, but she is also recognized as a subject matter expert in both sales and marketing as it relates to recruiting. One of her strengths is representing local and national organizations with staffing initiatives and creating customized solutions to meet their needs. Community involvement is also one of her core beliefs, offering training on a variety of employment obtainment topics with local schools, workforce community centers and training centers.
