I agree that she needs a dehumidifier, but I really want to get a professional on property to do an inspection so I have documentation. You never know. I'm sure it will cost me to do the inspection, but if it will eliminate or help with any potential drama in the future I'll take the hit now.

Hello. I have a property in Hiram, and received a call from my tenant over the weekend. She said there is thick mold on her personal belongings in the basement. She also said the mold only appears to be on one side of the basement. I asked her if there was mold on the walls, ceiling or anywhere else, and she said none that she saw. She also said she didn't see the mold on her belongings in September when she last went in the basement. I'm hoping this is no mold on the house, but want to get a professional there to do an inspection. If there is I will have to take care of it myself.
