We open the units and you bid on the items in the space.. You get to see what you are bidding on....

It is for the entire space. Alot of time if you see an item and someone buys the space you can ask them about buying that item while you are here.

We always have them the last Monday of the month because alot of other storage places do Saturdays. I can also rent you a place to store the items so you don't have to use space at your house... hahahaha
