We supported a local event in Dallas called "Race to Heel the Soul". This was a fundraiser benefit for Shepherds Rest Ministries/Paulding Battered Women's Shelter. PLEASE READ - FLAG LINE NEEDED I have been on the phone and have made arrangements with officials to have this soldier routed through Hiram on Hwy 278. His estimated arrival time in Hiram will be approximately 12pm. I have already notified Hiram Police that we will be standing roadside honoring this soldier as he comes home to Paulding County. Many of you may remember Ashley Mann-Hallford from last year's, “Ashley's Ride.” Ashley was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer. She had a cancer of unknown primary and it spread from her neck to brain to both lungs in a matter of weeks. We are going to ride again! Except this time we are celebrating her victory over cancer.
