    yes, i know it isnt uncommon to bring pill bottles in.....but they havent asked me in 5 years...that means they dont have the info \
  2. my doctor's office went to all electronic medical records about a year and a half ago... i recently called my dr. office to make an appointment to get several prescriptions updated and have some blood work done. i usually do this 3 times a year. the young lady making the appt. for me said that i needed to bring in ALL of my pill bottles??? i told her i had been going to that dr. for 5 years and they had given me all the prescriptions that i was taking and they knew what i was taking. she said that they had recently lost all their medical records because their system was not "backed up p
