Why would you ask those questions of Mr. Ragsdale on this site? For all we know, he might not even know that paulding.com exists. If I lived in that district I would simply pick up the phone and call him or email him my questions. I believe he has an email address listed on the paulding.gov website.
This is true. If I did live in his district, I wouldn't expect him to answer his constituents on this site.

Seems to me that McClure was trying to score at the end of the game...not run the clock out! maybe you were watcing a different game than I was? It would have been tough to run the clock out for a whole quarter of the game. Austin has one of the best running games in the county so I'm sure you were not refering to them.
I was on the McClure side. All they had to do was run the clock out and they would have won. But, they gave Austin back the ball with with about 2 minutes left on the clock.

You can bet your sweet aspercream that McClure will be working thier tails off this week to avenge last weeks loss. One of the most difficult things in Jr. High football is to beat the same team in back to back weeks. This weeks practice needs to be INTENSE! There is now way that McClure is going to give this play off game to you.
Work hard at practice this week so you can walk into this game saying "we deserve to win". You will not get away with all of the mistakes that were made last week and win this next game.

The problem is the offense they are running. Fine for the high school but it is difficult to control the game when you don't have a running game at all to run the clock out. I do hope McClure wins but Austin is a tough team.

Yes they (school) keep a record of it. They are minors. You will not be able to get arrest records. Because of privacy you can't even call the school and ask. They will tell you nothing. ( and I did state that each school has problems from drugs, weapons, fighting etc. I didn't specify each one has all) I just wanted people to realize singling out one school is wrong, and it is most likely happening at yours.
Yes, you can get that information if they are following the requirements of NCLB. Those records have to be kept. I keep hearing that every school has a drug problem but no one is proving anything just stating it over and over again.

They will not be canceled - just moved indoors. I haven't heard about McGarity's yet.

So what school is your child at? You don't have to answer. I can assure you that the school you say has had the same exact problem if not something worse. They don't make announcements to the parents about it. They handle it and go on with the school day. (Honestly some times the teachers do not even find out until the next day or so)
I promise you I am not trying to be mean to you, or anything like that. Every high school and middle school in this county has had problems, fights, drugs, weapons. Just because you didn't hear about it, doesn't mean it didn't happen. HJMS is a good school with some fabulous teachers and kids. There are a few bad apples, but they are everywhere!
Doesn't the schools have to keep records on this, though? YOu say that every school has drug problems - where are the arrest records and such?

Well honestly I am beyond shocked if you are "new" to this board. Most people try to be nice when they join a board. I am far from perfect, but I do try to be nice to people. Your opinion can vary from others without it being hateful.
