It happened on Dabbs Bridge in front of overlook trail

A guy was picking up cans along Dabbs Bridge rd and he had a siezure I guess and ran out in front of this ladys SUV and she hit him. I checked him and he hurt but breathing ok so I stayed with this lady till State patrol showed up. Just wanted to make sure she was ok also

I I was trying to see if the nice lady was ok after her accident on Dabbs Bridge rd tonight
