Well - I do not want to pile on here but bringing a loaded gun into a classroom and using it for a training drill sounds worse than an accident, it sounds like it might be criminal negligence. I do not have all the facts so I will stop short of placing blame, but it is hard to discount the fact that his gun was loaded and it shot and killed Tara. He may very well be a great person, but that does not change the fact that his actions caused the death of another. As fasn8nmom said, if my firearm discharged and killed an innocent person, I would most likely face legal and civil charges. I doub
