Starting February 7th we will have a new toddler dance & pagaent line up on saturday mornings!!! These sessions are one month long, a new session begins each month. 10-11 a.m. Jungle Gym Jam: a combination of creative movement, toddler tumbling basics, and beginner acting lessons. A new contemporary dance company is being put together in Dallas, GA. We are very proud to have offered a home to the company at Axis Dance Center. The Company will be holding auditions for dancers 16 and up. Auditions will be held at the end of January. Choreographic Direction will be by Shane Hall, and also several guest choreographers. Performances will be at venues in and surrounding the Paulding County area. This is non-profit and there are no costs to audition. Thursday nights 8-9 p.m. is our Adult Hip Hop and Cardio class with Mel. She is awesome...but don't take my word for it...ask some of the pcom members who are in her class!!! She will give a great workout!! They meet every Thursday night and the class is only 20.00 a month...register now for Free!!

Come join us for our new session of Mommy and Me classes this January. The class is only 35.00 a month and is on Tuesday evening 6-7 p.m. The children range in age 9 months-3 years. Come and join us for ballet and pilates!! Register in December and January is Free!! Registration is Free!!

Vocal classes are on Wednesday nights for groups at Axis Dance Center. Private lessons are also available to be set up with the instructor. The class ranges in age from 4 years-adults....so bring your children and come learn to sing, and maybe even a little dancing. Class is only 20.00 a month!! Free to register!!

A new contemporary dance group will be auditioning for dancers in January. There is no cost for auditioning, nor for participating in the group. This is a non- profit dance company, all performance proceeds will go to charity. Dancers must be very experienced in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and Contemporary. Dancers must be 18 years of age or older. Although the group will be housed at Axis Dance Center for rehearsals, it is not part of the dance studio, teams, or classes. We also have several pairs of gently used children's dance shoes on sale for $5.00 a pair....tap and ballet. Little ones out grow them so fast most look like new!!!

Reserve a spot now!!! We have several Christmas Movies lined up: The Grinch, Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer, Frosty The Snowman, and The Santa Claus. There will be all sorts of goodies and dancing, as well as games!!!

Drop the kids for a special Christmas Dance at Axis Dance Center. Only $5.00 for the evening, ages 3-12!! Includes snacks, drinks, a movie, and a dance. Go have some fun for yourselves, or get some of that last minute Christmas Shopping done early. Registration is free!!! No tuition is due until January! We are open 5-9p.m. Mon.-Thursday night!! Ballet and Tap Shoes make great Christmas presents, and learning to dance is one of the best forms of excersize and freedom of expression a parent can give to their child.

Mommy and Me uses pilates, and ballet to teach the toddler to follow directions, through Mom, and to begin to stretch and use muscles that they are not used to having to use. We work on balance, and strength through play. The moms also get a great workout that is relaxing and rejuvenating. The atmosphere is very laid back and the toddlers get some space to move and play interact with each other. We do baby weight lifting as well. We have had some three year olds that are advanced enough to be able to join a regular ballet, tap and jazz class. Mommy and me allows them to be introduced to

The class schedule is listed above. All winter session classes for children are 40.00 a month, however if a student is enrolled in more than one class, they receive five dollars off each class. Our Christmas gift to students who register for our Winter & Spring Session of dance is one free month. Any student who registers for classes the first week in December, receives December tutition free!!! Winter & Spring Session starts in December and continues through May.
