No, this appeals case does mention the rico act. We as a group met together to discuss and share our stories and are combinding our cases together to file a RICO case soon as she said above... We have been meeting with victims to collect thier case files. As a group we will have more of chance to bring the truth out in this case...

janko9, Who are you referring to as the "original poster" in your comment? If me, I'd be curious to know where you got your information, as it is wrong. Just to make it perfectly clear, I have not done what you've just described and my family and I go out of our way to avoid Paulding county deputies because of instances we already know about of abuse of power and physical intimidation. I would never follow a deputy anywhere, including to a daycare center.

I have or had family, friends and nieghbors as cops most of my life and My best Friend is a retired cop from here "Cobb" and will be in court too. He did work in paulding and knows how the county operates. I just got off the phone with him to have him keep on eye on my family's saftey.. Yes, me and my family have concerns for us!! Ask the da and sheriff about: 1. My 5 year old son that was lost by a paulding county school and they DID NOT help look for him or investagate it! 2. We have filed a lawsuit against Deputy Brandon Howard of the Paulding County Sheriffs office for violating my civil rights and detaining for no reason. We filed and waited for his reply! Already knowing he had filed a police report with false statments on it, I suspect he would answer the lawsuit with false statements too.
