Thanks! So just call any temp agency and they should be able to help? The tentant doesn't have a whole lot but enough and too much for me to remove myself. Shouldn't take long. Have to leave the belongings on the curb for 24 hours and then I can have everything hauled away or whatever.

Yes. I have a Writ of Possession. Just need to schedule a time to go by the property and remove the tenant and any belongings that are left there with the Sheriff.

I have to evict a Tenant who hasn't paid his rent on time since April and for the last 3 months hasn't paid rent at all. Does anyone know if I can hire an "eviction crew" to come remove the tenants belongings? This is my first eviction. Thanks!
