I cut the cord a few years ago and went just with free Antenna channels. Here near the PC courthouse I have a Terk HDTVo antenna, and I get most of the major networks without problem, but I think ABC is usually glitchy for me. I bought a Tivo box, whatever was the 'current' mid-level HD oneone back then, and used Tivo for recording/DVR, it also supported Amazon and Tivo streaming, so it was a pretty decent system, and the only costs were Tivo ($14/mo and netflix ($12, I think back then). Noticed logging equipment going into the access road near Connie Dr on Happy Valley Church rd this morning. Then my wife said she could see and hear equipment running all day, I'm kinda curious if anyone knows what that land is getting worked for now, as my property is going to share a border...
