I have not posted on here in a couple years because I work from home and I got too addicted and it was interfering with my production, so I rarely get on here anymore. The only reason I am posting now is that I think Pollo Loco is getting a bad rap. They are a little high on their prices, I don't care much for the changes that they have made, but the chicken is awesome. They grill it right in front of you and I don't know how they do it, but the flavor of the seasoning is absorbed into the meat just right for an amazing taste.
