I don't want to go into details about stuff I am not positive about.
You could probably click on surepips name and click content on his profile and get all the details. It is very convoluted, the recent post are about the anti-slap.
At some point the county put a counter suit on them and I think that was the reason the the anti-slap.
Surepip will probably answer this after his lawyer gets back from vacation and they talk this over.
A lot of things happened under the previous administration, and I don't know where the line is drawn on the previous proceedings with old admin and new.
I'll go check that. I do remember seeing posts about this on Pcom but never really followed it closely cuz I didn't know about it from the start.

Were they offered a settlement on this land at some point? It seems like they should have been.

I don't understand many of intricacies of this whole case (I haven't followed it from the start). I do have a question though. I remember this starting over some land. Was the value of that land worth the amount of money that's been spent fighting over it?

so how much is the warmer and a package/bottle(idk how they come)scent? I love warmers and the scent sounds like I would LOVE it. Do you ship? Im in Valdosta.
AGG...you'd also LOVE the scent "Linger". I think it's a new one. If you buy a warmer, don't forget to get some "Linger" to melt in it too. Very fresh, lightly floral and not overpowering. I LOVE it!
Oh, and I decided to use the warmer I didn't like. I just put it where nobody sees it.

The design is all the way around it. I have another warmer that I use. I just thought that if I could swap this one, then I'd have one for another room. No biggie.

It's the Heavenly warmer. I already have one left from the holidays and honestly don't want another or I would do it for you. Really the only way to do it is through the consultant she bought it from. Do you think if you called her directly she would go back and tell your stepmom?
Considering my stepmom got it from someone she works with, which is an hour (or more, depending on traffic) from me, I'm not going to drive that distance to exchange a gift. I was just wanting to know if I could exchange it with another Scentsy rep. Don't worry, I wouldn't dream of troubling you, with the exchange, since you don't want it. I'll find another Scentsy rep, or just throw it away. Thanks for the info.

It really should be with the consultant it was purchased from. Do you know which warmer it is? Do you have the box? Did the consultant label the box?
It's beige colored and has gold angels on it. It's still in the box, but it's at home so I don't know if it was labeled or not. The only thing about exchanging it is that my stepmom would know and her feelings would be really hurt because she picked it out.

I keep meaning to go to your store and see you. I've been trading with a used book store in Douglasville, simply because it's convenient to where I work and the lady I take care of sends me there all the time to get her more books. I took a fabulous pic of your store when I passed thru PS one day, quite a while back, and would love to send it to you!!!
Sookie Stackhouse...one of the most loveable characters I've ever read in a book series. I'm now on the last of the series and will have to come see you for some of the companion series/short story books!!!

Most excellent read. I was really drawn in by the characters, and plot, quickly. And, as mei lan, said, no loose ends. The storyline wraps up nicely and leaves you wanting to pick up the sequel to start reading that.
