No one has been available in the mornings, so there is no time set as of yet. We're waiting to get some interested morning people. If you let Hope or I know when you're available in the mornings, we'll post it and see how many people we can get signed up. Yes, it is $10.00 per session. Hope is a certified trainer and is excellent. Until yesterday, I didn't realize how out of shape I was. We don't do anything too hard, it's the repetition that kicks my tail. I can't wait to see the inches come off and maybe this will keep the holiday pounds off and get me ready for spring.

The Boot Camp started last week, but I just joined yesterday. It's the same routine every week and it is a great workout. You should come join us....we'll be in great shape come spring time. Hmm, I do have a pack-n-play in my office we could drag out there. If you need it, just let me know. Toni
