  1. I think my son is slowly starting to realize that football is pretty much going to be a year-round thing for him. When I told him about the meeting he said "Didn't we just finish?" Ha! He's excited though and so are we! Go Raiders!!! :yahoo:

well, they all got December off. except for weight training :pardon: Raider football is a year-round thing.

I know there will be a lot of imformation shared at this meeting and I will probably have some discounted spirit wear to sell before the meeting starts. So you better be there or else :ninja:

I am really looking forward to the banquet, Mrs. Reid works so hard to make it a very special event for our players and coaches.

  2. On January 3rd at 7:00 all Raider football fans will meet in the high school auditorium to obtain important football information about the upcoming 2011 football season. Coach Reid will be handing out a calender and needs to explain some very important upcoming events. These include 2010 banquet, liftathon, middle school football, workouts and programs, spring football, cleat information and summer Florida football camp. All Raider football fans need to gather to celebrate our state ranking and support this great program and our hard working coaching staff. We ask that at least one parent from each 6th-12th grader be there to obtain the important calender and explanation of events.

Please mark this date Monday, January 3rd at 7:00 and plan to attend this 2011 season preview. Let's fill the auditorium and gather as one of the best Football Programs in the state. If we want to be the best, we must all meet and discuss the calender that leads us towards a state championship (our ultimate goal) Wear your Raider spirit wear, and plan on joining this outstanding football staff to show you this years 2011 plan!

  4. Give credit where credit is due. With the season PC had they could of just packed it in and quit, but if you look at the past few games they have dramaticaly inproved from the start of the season. That defence who was blasted for the better part of the season "hunkerd" down and played some pretty darn good defence the past several weeks and ended their season on a high note. Reguardless of who you play a win is a win don't take that away from the kids who sweat and bleed for this game, and us coaches who spend countless hours away from our family and friends. It just bugs me to no end when people get on here (not you per say) and blast the teams who are not winning., that is not fair to the kids at all. So please keep it respectful. Congrats to all the Paulding County teams for a fun football season, good luck to the Raiders and Hornets as they make their way into the playoff's.

Great Post!! I have said it before I have nothing but respect for those boys. I see how hard playing football is, it isn't just running through a banner on friday night, for my son football season started in January and he has worked his butt off for almost eleven months for this "season" He has been bruised badly, he has bled and ached. He has given up so much of his year for this sport, for his team. Win or lose they all go through these things to play football. Sounds totally crazy to me, but god I respect them for it. My son has had a great season, His first year starting Varsity and he is going to the playoffs, he worked hard and earned it along with his team. Those boys at paulding have had a very bad year, but last night they were able to feel like it was all worth it. They needed that win and I sincerely hope that the community of PCHS really get behind those boys and support them. Having a new coach isn't going to fix everything. They need to see and feel the support coming from their school, parents, and Booster club.

  5. :clapping:What a fun night of football, congrats to all the teams for a great season.

I want to give a big Congrats to Paulding County high school for a big win tonight. Keep your chins up boys and keep on working hard!! :clapping: :yahoo:

  6. Hey Raiders Rock, the voice in the background of the one video was on spot when he said they don't know what happens when you mess with the Raider Shield in the middle of the field. Let this be a warning for the remainder of the season, if your the visiting team do not disgrace the Raider Shield at mid field, or its gonna be a long bus ride back home. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

you didn't see the film taken by a raider mom didja? I will send you a link on FB

  7. I was very impressed my our QB Sean Ashley, after 4 quarters and some acrobatics  he hung out on the field for a while and threw the football with some young kids. The East football program has a great group of young men who have worked very hard and play their hearts out every week for their teammates, thier families and friends. I am very proud of these boys, good luck friday!!

    Go Raiders!! :clapping: :clapping:
