    Looks like it is in a subdivison. If the kid is between 6-9 I am guess that he walks to the bus stop anyway so what is the big deal? It's not like he was walking on I75? This is the issue these days, kids have all the rights and we don't allow parents to teach them any lessons.

     

    he was not in a subdivision... he was crossing and walking down gold mine rd in front of scotts store.

    this child was made to cross goldmine by his self. she sat in the car and watched. he was about 6 years old. there was a bus driver that pulled over to try and help. the mom got out of her car and said something to the bus driver and the bus driver left. i was there and i saw what was going on. this was a little fellow he had no business crossing goldmine and walking down the side of gold mine. there were cars blowing at him. the mom sat in her little car and held up traffic. then she would pull over and sit on the side of the road for traffic to pass. she was not following close to him... this chapped my rear end.

    In the beulah community... subdivision is off pleasantburg rd. just past Beulah Land Baptist church. Behind scotts store. go past church about a mile or two and subdivision is on the left.

    10 kings crossing subdivision.. kings crossing subdivision...

     

    A house full of items and it all must go today. washer dryer, bed,tv,christmas items,lawn mower, fridg, etc... dining room table, four chais, sleeper sofa, tv, entertainment center, dishes, vcr, school desk,end table, etc.... twin bed frame with mattress set.

    Well the rain killed my idea of grilled burgers... I stoped by Kroger got the meat and the ranch dressing to go in them, along with some onion rolls and then what do you think happened next? RAIN!!! So now we are having left over tuna salad. <_<

    Pan roasted goose breast and thighs. Seared on both sides for several minutes, then sauted in a red wine, finished in the oven for 15 minutes. Served with wild rice, and a cranberry relish. Left over sesame oil and rice wine vinegar cole slaw with grape tomatoes.

     

     

    Sounds to me like someone has been watching the food network. :rolleyes:

    good question....i need ideas also...but if hubby get the job he is interviewing for then we are going out so then i wont have to cook.......hehe

     

    GOOD LUCK TO HIM.... DONT LOOK LIKE WE ARE GETTING MUCH ADVICE HERE THOUGH.... MAY HAVE TO EAT BOLOGNA. :rolleyes:

    Are you going to be in Montgomery? I would love for us all to get together and maybe do dinner or something.

     

    No, not going to Montgomery,.. I have a baby that is just now turning 6 months old. I think I will hold out till Feb... What breed do you have? I have Bostons and a German Short Haired Pointer.

    278 west to hwy 431 go right about a mile and turn left on hwy 67... that runs you right into Priceville... Then if you want to go to Huntsville you can hop on 65 there or follow 67 into Decatur and turn right on hwy 31.. follow signs to Huntsville...
