We're off of Ridge Road. Some thunder and lightning too. My kids were all excited - went and got their bathing suits on to play in it, and then the thunder started.

They are adorable!!!!!
I would LOVE to have a few more kitties, but we already have 3 and 2 dogs (one which we adopted jsut last weekend) so I think I would be pushing it just a little with my dh.
Congratulations on your new additions!!

We were there yesterday and brought home a sweet little black lab mix. We've named him Shadow - he follows our shepherd all over the place. They are getting along well so far, but our shepherd is being a bit greedy regarding her food. Is this a normal reaction? Otherwise they seem to be getting along. Boundaries are being set, but I think it will work out. Anyway, Shadow has the sweetest personality! He loves to have his belly rubbed and give kisses. And he already gets sooo excited when he sees us coming home!
There ARE so many great dogs there!! The border collie and her pups were just adorable and the dog named Scrappy was so cute. I hope they all find homes.

This morning 2 very pretty Siberian Huskies/Malamute dogs came on our porch. Dh says they were very friendly.
They ran off, but a neighbor on the other side of the subdivision came around asking if they belong to anyone around here. They are very pretty and appear to be expensive dogs. We are south of Ridge Road between Bakers' and Poole Bridge Road. PM me if they are yours and I'll direct you to the subdivision.

There was a dog that looked a bit like that today at PetsMart in Hiram with one of the pet rescue groups. Can't be totally sure, but maybe worth checking out? I believe it was Jennifer's Rescue Group.

I also have long thick hair that tends to get bushy when it grows out. Shylah at Signature Styles on Ridge Road does a great job thinning it out and layering it while still keeping it long. It took me a long time to find someone that I really liked as I tend to be picky about my hair. Hope it goes will for you.
Heel Spurs...any advice for pain relief?

I've had arch problems in the past and know of a couple stretching exercises that I don't know would work, but it's worth a shot. The first is to lift all 5 toes while keeping the rest of your foot on the floor, and then while keeping the big toe up, bring the other 4 toes down to the floor, and then back up over and over again. I'll repeat this maybe 10 times or so and it helps with the arch pain. And then do the opposite - keep the 4 toes on the floor and exercise the big toe in the same way. It's kind of a difficult thing to do at first.
Another is to put a belt or other stretchy item around the ball of your foot and pull it towards you, while sitting on the floor with your legs out in front of you. This I suppose stretches out the arch and the muscles of the leg.
I know how painful foot pain can be. And when your feet hurt it affects you all over
Hope you are feeling better soon.
