I don't know. From what I have heard, they had to shoot it multiple times. Just seemed a little extreme to me, but what do I know??

My brother called me today and asked if I saw anything on P.com about the Sheriff's having to shot a large bull several times because they couldn't catch it. Did anyone witness this? Apparently, it took a lot of gun power to bring it down.

This is in the subdivision right up from mine. I sure hope he gets the help he needs. It's just horrible for someone to get to this point!

That's the TRUTH.

Ever since the new addition of the turn lane, people use it for passing! I have almost been hit at this intersection many times. The intersection at Hiram Sudie and 92 is crazy now too. People just think they can get int he right lane, going towards Hiram, and merge in front of any one they like. It really ticks me off when idiots put my family's life at risk so they can be a little in front of everyone else!

I can easily see the temptation for a small child to go play there. I just can't imagine my little one being gone an hour and me not knowing where she is!

We have the flat locks on the top of our doors. I LOVE THEM. They work great. I believe that the benefit outweighs the risks!

clewis, I haven't been on P.com much lately and I missed this post. I hope everyone is doing okay. I know how hard it is to lose someone so close and dear. Good luck and I will keep you and your family in my prayers!

That's sad. Only a month a part. I have seen that happen so many times before. One spouse goes and the other right behind them.

I am praying for both families. My nephews were very close to both of them and it is just so sad!

I just wanted to say "thank you" once again to everyone that has kept our family in thoughts and prayers. As much as we will miss my dad, we know he is in a better place and will never struggle to breath again. My mother is doing very well considering the circumstances. My parents would have celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary Feb. 1. Doreen & 3KIDS4US- Thank you so much for your continued support! I love you both.

My dad, James Kenneth Jordan, passed away December 30, 2005. Our family was at his bedside and talked with him during his incredibly peaceful journey to the other side. He told us when he was ready to have his ventilator taken off and was able to say good-bye and that he loved us, one at a time. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to spend this precious time with him. He is now free from his broken earthly body and resting peacefully!! He will be missed so much by his family. We all loved him dearly. He is survived by my mother Jeanette (Morgan) Jordan, my oldest

I am so sorry. It is very nice that you have taken the time to post that for him!!
