    If you have gook coming out of your eyes (tear ducts) then you probably have conjuctivitis - I used to get it a lot. Basically it means you have a sinus infection - but all of your sinus' are so stopped up that there is nowhere else for it to come out but your eyes. It's like overflow! I know that's gross...but that's what they always told me! So, you probably really do need some antibiotics to get it cleared up. It seems like the Mucinex and some of the other stuff never really dried it up for me. I'm really sorry though, and I hope you get better VERY soon!

    OK so you lost me at "Don't expect chips and salsa when you sit down!" (I can probably eat my weight in chips and salsa. :ph34r: )

     

    I suppose if I want Mexican, I'll just have to hit up La Parrilla before I head downtown.

     

    I guess you can take the girl out of Paulding County, but can't take the Paulding County out of the girl. ^_^

     

    Hey, I understand! That was the one part of the meal that was disappointing, because I love me some chips and salsa!!

    I swear the stuff they serve at La Cocina has something addictive in it! :D

    Rosa Mexicano in Atlantic Station is good. It is a nice restaraunt, but you don't have to get that dressed up. When I went, it was a mix of khakis and polos all the way to Adidias track suits, soo...! But they do have a sign that says guys can't wear sleevless shirts. But their food is not too expensive, and it is different. Don't expect chips and salsa when you sit down! Oh, and the black beans are EXCELLENT!!!

    I saw this as well - Dallas-Nebo was blocked off at the redlight at Nebo when I came through at about 3:15. I looked on here earlier for info too, and I couldn't find anything. Maybe someone will have some info soon!

    I searched the scanner forum and couldn't find anything about this, but there are lots of cop cars all up and down both Nebo and Dallas-Nebo near the intersection. They had the great big lights they usually use on the interstate out there, and there was one wrecker with a car on it that didn't look damaged. But all the cops were just standing around in groups - it didn't look like a road block or anything. I was just wondering if anyone had heard or seen anything I missed...it was kinda scary coming through there!

    Well, it didn't take much work to get it done...just one phone call to the city! So if you guys know anyone who is coming home, I'm sure they will do it. I hope there isn't anything else that would take precedence over that being announced, at least not for a day or two! Thanks for your suggestions on who to contact and for your appreciation - I will pass it along to him!
