I am baking two Apple Dump Cakes, Two Rocky Road cakes and a Peanut Butter Cake for the Bake/ Yard sale tomorrow at Yorkville United Methodist Church.

Toni was out $6,000.00 before she even had the transplant and that doesn't include the co-pays and her portion of the bill ( which she hasn't seen yet )
Anyway......
What is anyone bringing? let's get some taste buds watering for the bake part of the sale!
Take hwy 278 towards Rockmart .....go about 5 miles north of Dallas to Goldmine Road and go left...you will see Yorkville Methodist when the road splits and we will see you there! hours...about 8 am til ? ?

Everyone is welcome to bring donated stuff for the yard sale and donated baked goods for us to sell as well.
Take 278 to Rockmart but turn left on Goldmine Road.
Yorkville United Methodist is right next to Yorkville Baptist.
If you can't donate anything or buy anything, please feel free to come out and help cntrygrl83 run it as I will be at work.

Most of you have read my story about Toni.
She recently had a bone marrow transplant and was unexpectedly hit with a 6 thousand dollar hotel bill right off the top. They would not perform the transplant unless she could stay within 30 minutes of the hospital ( which is in Norcross) in the event that something went wrong. She lives in the New Hope area. She was supposed to have a room donated but said room was occupied and she wound up having to pay for a by-the-month hotel. Toni is 34 years old, has 5 children in her home and is an awesome human being.
It's a sad day when you pay your health insuranace premiums every month only to be told that to get the help you need it will cost you 6 grand.
Pinkcaddie4me, my daughter and I are having a Mary Kay party this Friday night, June 30, 6 pm and the proceeds will go to Toni's bank account.
If anyone wishes to skip the party, you can bring by a donation and drop it in a jar that I will have or simply take it to any Regions branch and ask to make a deposit in the Toni Scott Special Funds account.
All are invited, please bring a friend.
I have only met one one person from PCOM so this will very fun for me and a great way to meet the people I have been reading on here! ( I read more than I post!)

What a fiasco!
I finally got Toni's Special Account set up at Regions Bank.
It took a week and two trips out to the branch at Thornton and I-20 but by golly it's there now!
Anyone who wants to donate can walk into any Region's Branch and put money into the Toni Scott Special Funds Account!
YEAAAAA!!!!!!!!
If you request it, they will also mail Toni a receipt with your name and the amount of your deposit on it!
Thank you so very much to all have pm'd me about how to donate money.
Sorry it took so long to get it it going but I have never set up a Special Funds account before.

West Ga Children's.....Grandbaby kept a rash, wasn't given enough to eat or drink. She came home so thirsty that she would gulp down several cups of something and then throw up.

Comcast.
Usually don't have any trouble but occasionally they will work on the lines and it messes me up for a day or two but that is really rare.
I am sooooo happy wih the speed....for the most part, comcast is able to keep up with my ADD lol

My grandbaby is almost 3 and she wasn't the least bit interested in potty training until she could do it all by herself, includung getting clean training pants out the drawer if she needed them.
Kids are so funny! Mark this one down in the baby album, it's a milestone!
