    They have some great lil singers there.I am playing the drums for them and haven't had an "Idol" moment when you just squinch up your face and say ouch!! ( I have squinched my own on an errant cymbal crash though.... :rolleyes: ) Ahem...but seriously they are really doing a remarkable job, come see them !!

    When I went to Paris I visited Jim at his final resting point. WHAT A PARTY !! There must have been 40-50 people around it doing various unmentionables......Doors music playing and a variety of tributes on his gravesite.Guitar picks, drumsticks,flowers and ermmmm "other" items !! I was still a wee bit of a wildchild then. I don't think I would take the time to go again...but I'm glad I did once.

    No kids at HHS here... but when is the production? I want to tell my kids about it. My son is in the Drama Dept. at EPHS. Their spring production is called 'The Robber Bridegroom"... and will be April 19-22 at EPHS in the new theater. He and his friends might be interested in seeing the HHS show. :D

    Well I left home at 6:45 am to pickup my dry cleaning and go to work. I drive down I-20 to midtown every day. But I have the forethought to check traffic as I expected this very thing to happen. I instead had to go down bankhead which was HELL.

     

    So I spent 3.5 hours commuting to work. I hate all of you who tried to go stupid Six Flags today. You are all on my chit list. I hope you all sat in hours of traffic. If any of you were the stupid arse morons who let their kids out of the car on the express way or anywhere other than the gate, I hope DFACS finds you. People like that don't deserve children...oh and I don't care if they were teenagers.

    Next time pay for the darn day at Six Flags instead.

     

    Edited to add: I always thought Six Flags was the spawn of Satan...apparently there are a lot of little Lucifers running around.

    And last month the thieves put the due date earlier than usual.It is always the last week of the month for me....except last month ...the 23rd I believe.I always put that bill on the pile that gets paid last.Now I have a late fee...( not much by any means ) but still!!! I think they knew some people like me are creatures of habit and expected a windfall from late fees.I wrote them a nasty note on the back which is really out of character for me.( ok maybe not)
