Caller said he had shaggy, longish black hair, and looked like he has on prisoners clothing. Lock your doors out there Complainant is calling from Tuscany Trail. That is a good ways down Cole Lake from Scoggins, so I think they were just giving Scoggins as a cross reference to Cole Lake, but the person is ON Cole Lake. Link to post Share on other sites
