Mrs. Florence Virginia Dean Gable, age 91, of Hiram, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2006. She was born on June 29, 1915 in Anderson, S.C. to the late James and Mary Dean. She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rudolph Gable.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, William J. & Margaret Gable of Hiram, Paul Don & Joanne Gable of Acworth and L. D. & Edna Gable of Hiram; a daughter and son-in-law, Wanda Faye & Darrell Bullard of Carrollton; She was survived by her sister, Onita Dean for 1 day before she passed away on August 22; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Reverend Tony Hair officiating. The interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park in Marietta. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.

Hello, I passed by Clarks tonight and saw both names out front and just wanted to say I'm so sorry, how hard this must be to lose two precious family members at the same time. My thoughts and prayers go out to all.
