gpatt0n
Considering that Steve Bannon sold his world-view of the real war in the world today as a fight against Global Islam - in other words a religious war - and that realism of the White People of the world against the brown Muslims justifies Trump's coddling Russia and Putin - has got to be pissed at Trump's new National Security Advisor, Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster. Indeed, McMasters is departure not just from Trump's and Bannon's belief that the reality is a religious war, but also his predecessor Michael Flynn - who was fired because he got caught in a lie. From Newsmax: Terrorists are "un-Islamic" and the label "radical Islamic terrorism" is not helpful when describing their activities, President Donald Trump's new national security adviser said this week, showing a marked difference from the language the president and many of his senior advisers often uses. Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster made the comments during his first "all-hands" staff meeting on Thursday, reports The New York Times, quoting people who attended the meeting. They also reported the new adviser, who remains in the active military, wore his Army uniform during the talks. 'This is very much a repudiation of his new boss's lexicon and worldview," William McCants, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and the author of "The ISIS Apocalypse," told The Times. "McMaster, like Obama, is someone who was in positions of leadership and thought the United States should not play into the jihadist propaganda that this is a religious war." What this, of course, says, is that the hateful language is not just arguably a bad idea, but little more than more destructive partisan rhetoric. pubby
