Hershel Buford Hulsey September 11, 1933-December 25, 2016

Hershal Buford Hulsey age 83, of Muscadine , Alabama, formerly of Dallas, GA passed away on December 25, 2016 . He was born on September 11, 1933, in Dallas, Ga. to the late Claude and Ethel Hulsey. He was preceded in death by his Wife Darline Carr Hulsey whom he was married to for 54 years, two sons, Winfred Hulsey and Wendell Hulsey, and two brothers, Coy and Gene Hulsey. Mr. Hulsey was a member of the Masonic Lodge 252 of Draketown, Ga. for over 50 years, and cut pulpwood for over 50 years.



Survivors included a son Marty & Tammie Hulsey, and two daughters Elaine & Jimmy Whitley of Buchanan, Ga. and Patricia & Mitchel Wiggins, of Bremen, Ga. Mr. Hulsey also had 10 Grandchildren, and 3 Great Grandchildren.



Funeral Services will be held on December 28, 2016 at 3:00 in the Clark Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on December 27, 2016 , from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Mr. Hulsey was my neighbor when he lived in Hulseytown. When I built my current house in 1994 he was one of the first neighbors to stop by and welcome me. They were only a hand full of us then. He was a hard working man and suffered great loss of family over the years. He was never anything short of a kind gentleman to me. RIP Mr. Hulsey go rest under the shade of the trees my good neighbor.
