Mr. Mark Kevin Lawson, age 51, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at his residence.

 

Mark was born in Bluefield, WV, on May 14, 1965, the son of Joyce Craiger Carter. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator. Mark loved working on his house, hot rods and riding his motorcycle.

 

Mark is survived by two sons, Blake Lawson of Acworth, GA, and Brad Lawson of Kennesaw, GA; four grandchildren, Olivia Lawson, Tristin Lawson, Railei Lawson and Max Lawson; mother, Joyce Carter of Hiram, GA; two brothers, Wayne Lawson of Hiram and Jeff Lawson of Douglasville.

 

Funeral services for Mark will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Sweetwater Memorial Park.

 

The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 noon until the service hour.
