Clark Funeral Home Posted March 26, 2016 Report Share Posted March 26, 2016 Eloise Wood Womack, age 81, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016. She was born on August 4, 1934 in Dallas, GA, to the late Dave Wood & Flossie Adair Wood. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Billy Wood & sister, Johnnie Lindsey. Mrs. Womack worked at Paulding Memorial Hospital & Medical Center as a Director of Staff Development for 27 years & was a member of Second Baptist Church in Dallas, for 56 years. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Wendell Womack of Dallas, GA; daughters, Debra Carden & husband, Earl of Dallas, GA, Darlene Peppel & husband, Rick of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Kevin Carden of Dallas, GA, Wesley Carden of Dallas, GA, Greg McMichen of Woodstock, GA, Tim McMichen & wife, Sarah of Temple, GA; several nieces & nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Womack will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at 3:00 PM, from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend George Barnett, Reverend Curtis Turner & Reverend Paul Hebert officiating. Interment will follow at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery in Dallas, GA. Family will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 28, 2016, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
