(April 11)There is no sound on the video; just a raw clip showing police cars at the base of the west side - the mall side of the building. Other reports (ABC) say that a man committed suicide and the Capitol was locked down as a precaution. A suitcase and a backpack are involved and both are outside near the deceased.
