Not really sure where this should go, but my daughter and her husband are looking for a two bedroom home in the Dallas area. No more than $650 a month and pet friendly. It must be clean. Well, there is this place then again he has been trying to rent it since AT LEAST 2007. Very bad shape doesn't begin to cover it.

I've got a place on an acre of land in Dallas that I'll rent for $200 for the first six months because it's in very bad shape, and then for $300 for the following six months before finally reaching $400 so it can be gotten into decent condition. It's located in Dallas a few miles from Chattahoochee Tech.

Oh I would advise them to avoid that one even if he was in construction for 20 years. It just amazes me that the guy keeps posting it. He could have had it torn down and rebuilt it in the time he has had it listed. That place is in BAD shape.
