Mr. James David Cole, age 62, of Cartersville, Georgia,passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center.

 

 

 

James was born on December 5, 1950 in Austell, GA to lovingparents the late Mr. Herbert Hoover Cole and Mrs. Willie Cleo Smith Cole. Mr. Cole graduated from High School inDaytona Beach, FL. He worked as aForeman Mechanic on heavy equipment with Metrac Inc. He enjoyed spending his leisure time workingon his own truck. James was of theBaptist faith.

 

 

 

He is survived by his beloved wife Mrs. Caroline JeanSposito Cole; one daughter Mrs. Dana Elizabeth Premeaux; two grandchildrenJoshua Tellup and Elizabeth Tellup all of Cartersville, GA; three brothers Mr.Randall Cole of Powder Springs, GA, Mr. Lamar Cole of Dallas, GA, and Mr. &Mrs. Bobby (Anna) Cole of Hollywood, FL; four aunts Mrs. Willie Mae Cole, Mrs.Genelle Smith, Mrs. Inez Fuller and Mrs. Mary Hulsey; and one uncle Mr. FrankieSmith all of Dallas, GA; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other belovedfriends.

 

 

 

Funeral Services for Mr. James Cole will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 2 pm with Reverend Jason Loudermilk and Reverend Jody May officiating. Music will include the selections Amazing Grace, I'll Fly Away, and How Great Thou Art. Interment will follow at New Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

 

 

His family will receive friends at the funeral home onThursday, April 25, 2013 from 4 – 9 pm and Friday, April 26, 2013 from 9 amuntil the funeral hour.
