Funeral Director Posted October 15, 2012 Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 Mr. Barry Allen Swindle, age 46 of Dallas passed away onSunday, October 14, 2012 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. Mr. Swindle was born on August 1, 1966 in Marietta to lovingparents, Mr. John Allen Swindle and Mrs. Elizabeth Gail Hurt Swindle. Mr. Swindle was a veteran of the UnitedStates Army and worked for Wellstar Hospital Systems as an InventorySpecialist. He is preceded in death bygrandparents, Sarah Swindle, L. W. “Tubby” Swindle, Frankie Hurt Shiver andJames A. Hurt; and Mother-in-law, Beverly Ledford in 2003. Barry is survived by his wife, Kimberly Sue Ledford Swindleto whom he married on September 30, 1995; daughter, Christine Morgan Swindle ofKennesaw; Parents, John and Gail Swindle of Rockledge, FL; Father-in-Law,Dillard Ledford of Marietta; as well as many beloved pets. Funeral services for Mr. Swindle will be held on Wednesday,October 17, 2012 at 11:00 am in the chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Homewith Reverend Thomas Cole officiating. Interment will follow in the Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. Chris Henderson, Chris Drummond, GregO’Brien, Noel Howard, Austin Howard and Joe Cloer have been asked to serve aspallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 16, 2012from 4:00 – 9:00 pm and on Wednesday from 9:00 am until the funeral hour.
