We will be showcasing our classes in 20 minute short sessions for a full morning of working out!! We will have prizes, food and some really good times. This is a great opportunity to see all that we have to offer. We will be having some AWESOME membership specials as well!!! You won't want to miss it. We are offering FREE classes all week long, so come and try us out!! We have some great membership specials going on right now too!!!
