Nicole Meeks, age 18, of Dallas, died on Thursday, May 20, 2004. She was born on April 7, 1986 in Douglasville to Sammy Meeks and Harriett Ash. She was a student at Paulding County High School and a member of Macland Baptist Church.

Surviving are her mother and step-father, Harriett and Bill Ash of Dallas; her father and step-mother, Sammy and Ramah Meeks of Dallas; a brother, Travis Meeks of Dallas; a step-brother, Joshua Burton of Dallas; step-sisters, Kendal Ash of Cleveland, GA and Heather Childers of Dallas; grandparents, Richard and Peggy Davis of Mableton, James and Brenda Meeks of Powder Springs and Ray and Mary White of St. Simons Island, GA; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 23, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA. The interment will follow in Melrose Hills Memorial Park in Villa Rica. The family will receive friends of Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the service time. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.
