SLOW COOKED PORK ROAST TODAY AT RODNEY'S (Thursday May 24)

Good morning from the kitchen!

 

Today, Thursday May 24, 2012, for lunch I am making a slow cooked Pork Roast and serving it with Pinto Beans, Collard Greens ,warm cornbread, and a wedge of fresh Vidalia Onion!

 

Don’t forget tonight is our PRIME RIB night! I marinade these ribs for 4 days and then smoke them to be ready beginning at 4pm today. You get a delicious cut of Prime Rib, served with Au Jus, Fresh Garden Salad, and choice of Baked Potato, Twice Baked Potato, or Mash Cauliflower. Served with Texas Toast for only $13.99. Great meals for great folks.
