Clark Funeral Home Posted May 7, 2012 Report Share Posted May 7, 2012 Beve Rutledge Chandler, age 62, of Villa Rica, GA (Douglas County), passed away Monday, May 7, 2012. The son of the late, Douglas Fairbanks Chandler, Sr. & the late, Ethel Martha Shrader Chandler, he was born January 17, 1950, in Norristown, PA. Mr. Chandler worked for the Georgia Power Company for 35 years and he loved to golf. Survivors include his wife, Joan G. Chandler; brother & sister-in-law, Douglas & Debbie Chandler of Woodstock, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Tammy & Darrell Shelnut of Powder Springs, GA; nephews, Jason Chandler (Wendy) of Hoschton, GA and Darrell Shelnut, Jr. of Dallas, GA; and niece, Leann Shelnut of Powder Springs, GA. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 10, 2012, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Clark Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to: American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Parkway #1, Marietta, GA 30067 Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements.
