Delicious 12 to 14 ounce Smoked Prime Rib with Au Jus, Garden Salad, and Choice of Baked Potato, Twice Baked Potato, or Mashed Cauliflower, and Texas Toast $13.99. Speaking of smokers, we have three smokers here at Rodney’s: Larry, Mo and Curly….Larry, is our “Southern Steamer, a 4 foot grate stainless trailer mount grill. Larry is the one we bring out when we do “on site” caterings at your location. “Big” Mo is our largest, measuring 32 square feet. I designed “Big Mo” to handle very large smokings, and handles smoking our delicious pork. Finally, “Curly is our newest addition. I designed Curly to both smoke meats, as well as provide an open grill for foods such my delicious grilled chicken. Nothin like wood cooking to make meat sing on a grill! Anytime you would like to see our grills, just let Wayne know and he will give you a tour of our smokers. We are very proud of our smokers and work hard to bring out the best flavor in all our meat. By the way, some of you have commented about us suspending Low Country Boil. It’s just temporary. I found some beautiful seafood and wanted to offer a special platter Saturday night. Look for details on the “Captain Rodney Platter”… Just to get things going, I am offering a “MUG O SHRIMP” Cocktail tonight. It’s a mug of easy peal shrimp served with my own home made cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge for $5.99! Well, I better get to smoking our Prime Rib loins.
