Hello from Rodney’s kitchen!

 

I have just finished the first batch of my home made vegetable soup. During cold weather folks love a nice warm soup and I love to make it!

 

But I have a problem. This soup is so rich and hearty I can’t decide if this is a soup of a stew! It’s loaded with veggies and beef so much that it looks like a stew!
