Terry "Rooster" D'shaun Allen

Terry D'shaun "Rooster" Allen age 43 of Rockmart, GA passed away on November 30, 2011 at his residence.

 

 

 

Rooster was born on October 2, 1968 in Dodge City, KS to loving parents Mr. Henry Eugene Allen and Mrs. Sharon Kay Murphy. Rooster was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He was a gun collector. He enjoyed motorcycling, cars, and model airplanes. He employed by JSK Excavation as a Truck Driver.

 

 

 

Terry is survived by his beloved wife Pamela Ann Allen of Rockmart, GA; one daughter Kayla Renee Allen; three sons Jody Shaun Allen, Austin Patrick Allen, and Arthur Jesse Allen all of Dallas, GA; two stepsons John Dale Collins and Justin Troy Collins both of Rockmart, GA; father Henry Eugene Allen of South Carolina; one sister Kandace Renee Cordell of Rossville, GA; as well as many other beloved family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Sharon Kay Donley, grandfather Mr. Arthur Franklin Murphy, and grandmother Mrs. Mable C. Murphy.

 

 

 

Funeral Services for Terry Allen will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Friday December 2, 2011 at 1 pm with Brother Marvin Fowler and Brother Junior Bowman officiating. Serving as pall bearers will be Wyatt Young, John Collins, Bobby McBrayer, Johnathan Murphy, Andy Morris, and Sky Reed. Honorary pall bearer include Patrick McClure and Johnny Murphy. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made toward the funeral service.

 

Interment will be at Lakewood Memorial Gardens West on Saturday, December 3, 2011. 3509 Cummings Road, Chattanooga, TN 37419. There will not be a procession to the graveside but we will be leaving from the funeral home at 9 am, if you would like to follow.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 4 – 9 pm and Friday, December 2, 2011 from 9 am until the time of service.
