We still use a full ½ pound of lean fresh ground beef and grill it on open flame to perfection with just the right amount of Rodney's secret seasoning. But now we top it with a thick slice of cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, fresh tomato, and thin sliver of red onion. We put all this between a toasted Kaiser roll and serve it on a plate with a Boars Head kosher pickle spear. If you've never tried one do yourself a favor this week, you won't be sorry!!!
