Lawn Mower Repairs-----you really should check this out!

I had a lady bring a mower to me today to fix. She took it to a mower shop, and they wrote up an estimate that was....well....ridiculous!! Almost $200 for a dang push mower!! Now, I'm not slamming anyone (in fact, I don't even know who wrote the estimate), but I got her fixed up for $90...$100 LESS than if she had taken the mower to the people who gave her an estimate. FOLKS!!!...Listen...I charge for what is needed, and nothing more. I know you guys aint made out of money, and it really disturbed me that anyone would try to charge someone more than double than I did. I won't go into details, but the general consensus in modern day small engine repair is this- replace everything with NEW parts. Very expensive, and most times totally unnecessary!!

I'm not hurting for business at this point, because quality and quick turn around has netted me plenty of landscaping companies. But my goal started out as (and shall remain) providing my LOCAL community with the best prices and unbeatable quality of service!! You can take that to the bank!!! Please think about this before you wind up spending an obscene amount of money on your mowers. I treat people the way I would want to be treated.....bottom line!

I hope I did not ruffle anyone's feathers over this thread, but if I did, then shame on whoever is trying to stiff people Personally, I have to sleep at night with a clear conscience! ALL repair work is warrantied for 30 days, and the best part is that NO BODY has ever had to bring anything back to me within that limit since I began the business over 4 years ago! Warranties are great, but what's more important than that is knowing that when your equipment leaves my shop, you won't have to worry about the warranty....because quality work takes care of that.

 

That's all I have to say about that.
