Registration is DUE October 1st, 2010 $50.00 with a free adult admission.

 

Late Registration after October 1st, 2010 is $60.00 at the door.

 

A $25.00 Deposit will hold your place, please bring the remainder the day of the Pageant.

 

Options: 1. Mail check/money order and registration form to C4 All-Stars , 185 Cadillac Parkway, Dallas, GA 30157

 

2. Register at the door with cash or money order

 

**Crowns, Custom Embroidered Sashes, and Trophies will be awarded to all Beauty Winners. The winners will also receive a paid registration fee to the finals in Macon, GA sponsored by GA Fresh Faces. The finals will be aired on Toddlers and Tiaras. Come be discovered!

 

**There will be a $15.00 fee for these three Optional Titles: Photogenic, Best Dressed, Best Smile (winners in each age division will receive a crown, and sash). Please bring a photograph with you on the day of the pageant if you are entering the Optional Titles.

 

**A photographer will be present making 5x7 for $10.00 onsite. You will be able to order after the event for other packages online.

 

**We will also have an Ambassador for the whole Pageant. This will go to the contestant that has the most sponsors. All sponsors should make checks payable to C4 All-Stars. (winner receives crown, trophy and sash).

 

**Paulding County's Miss Sweetheart $1.00 per vote (winner receives crown, a special trophy and sash).

 

**Three additional titles will be awarded; this will be announced the day of the pageant.

 

Attire is Formal Wear or Sunday's Best.

 

Registration is at 9:00 for the following: 0-18 months, 19-35 months, 3 yrs, and 4 yrs

 

Registration is at 1:00 for the following: 5-6 yrs, 7-8yrs, 9-10 yrs, 11-12yrs, 13-15yrs, and 16and up.

 

* Families with multiple children participating are eligible for a discount; each of the siblings will be able to participate in the optional tiles for free.

 

There will be a $5.00 entrance fee for adults and $3.00 for children.
